First phoned Irwin Chevy in Laconia, NH for service. Talked to Service Advisor Henry Yip who scheduled convenient (time & date) appointment for a GM recall, oil change and state inspection. On the scheduled date (Feb. 19th) arrived at Irwin's and met Mr. Yip who took it from there. Job was all done in reasonable time and on the way home sooner than expected. Starting from the online experience, having her prep all my paperwork and having the truck pulled up for me when I got there, so helpful and efficient! When I got there, Aaron, Laflower was awesome! Did not give me the runaround at all! He had everything ready to go, got exactly what I was asking for and then the Finance Guy Alex Weiner was awesome too! Have had horrible previous experiences other places of them being so rude and pushy trying to do add-ons trying to sell you stuff you don’t want, And this wasn’t the case here! I came in looking for a used vehicle and when the vehicle I was looking at wasn’t available I was educated on leasing from Foster. Long story short I was able to trade my truck in, get a decent size check back and get in to a new vehicle with a cheaper payment. Overall I am saving about $100 a month on the vehicle and with the check I am able to pay off my camper which will save me $300 a month and about $20,000 in interest over the life of the camper loan. Was pretty much a no brainer all because I was open minded on a lease and Foster took the time to explain it to me better than I had understood.

Marty, the service agent was personable and efficient. Everything was well organized and timely. I'm always amazed at how clean and well organized the shop is. As someone who works with his hands, I appreciate this, as it is requisite to quality workmanship. The warranty replacements were done as well as replacing the back brakes. I was a bit startled at the cost for the brakes, however, as it was significantly higher than Kelly Blue Book or a variety of Internet quotes.

The team was professional, personable and accommodating. My only issue is related to a feature on the truck I bought. When I bought it, I was under the impression the vehicle was equipped with adaptive cruise control. I learned that it didn’t when I almost hit somebody. There is a button on the steering wheel to set gap distance and when you press it, it does set a gap distance parameter. This parameter in this vehicle however does not do anything. When I was buying the truck i was raving about all the safety features, including adaptive cruise. I was never corrected on that point. Upon further research I found that the safety package includes all the cameras, lane departure assist, emergency braking, but no adaptive cruise. The button is there and reacts when you push it appearing like set it the adaptive cruise parameters. Adaptive cruise however only comes with the “tech” package. This is very misleading to drivers. I have never seen a vehicle with an operational button but the vehicle doesnt actually do what the button says it does. I will have to explain to anyone else who drives that vehicle that the adaptive cruise button doesnt do anything and there is no adaptive cruise. I am going to guess it is misleading to the sales staff too and that is what it didnt come up in the conversations.Go out to a silverado with the safety package but not the tech package. Press the gap set button and watch what it does. Test the sales staff on it.

Went in for first new truck oil service, as I was under the impression from another Chevy dealership I had purchased a new vehicle from that I needed to get the first complementary oil change w/in 6 months of purchase. I had a service notification that was not aligned with my regular service. I called and spoke with Chris in service. I got an appointment very quickly. I dropped of my truck and I was told it could possibly take a couple of days. It pulled a code that prompted a service call for transmission. It was a simple switch. Not only did they fix the switch they did a multi point vehicle inspection again (very thorough). I would recommend Irwin to anyone looking for a vehicle. My salesperson person, Naomi is who you want to deal with, helped with the process and also took the time to explain a couple of unknown features in the truck... (Expected) I received a call that same night that my truck was ready.

I made an earlier call to set up an appointment to view a couple trucks Irwin Chevy had on the lot. My call was answered by Naomi Brown and an appointment was made. When I arived at my 9:30 appointment on Monday morning, I was greeted by staff and introduced to Naomi. We went out to the lot and she pointed out various models. My eyesight settled on 2 Colorado Z71 bright red and she explained the differences between the two. Before we took one out for a ride, she explaned all the interior controls including the video screen that controls all the electronics. To me it looked pretty complicated but she made it look easy and explained as we went along. We took a ride and I was impressed with the perfoemance, ride and the overall truck. We went back to the office and discussed price, rebates, tradein value and adding tonneau cover and entrance step bar. The purchase was made and Naomi set everything up for me including my iphone account, installation of the accessories, and all else that was required. The finance guy, Alex Weiner came up with all the required paperwork and the buy was now completed, all in less than 2 hours. After installation of the accessories, we traded truck for car and I have been happy since. Naomi and Alex were great. No need to say more.....

The service the truck was there for was fine, no issues at all (oil change and tire rotation). My low rating was on the appointment time and time to complete. I had a 1:00pm appointment. I called and said I would be 10 minutes late. No problem. I sat in the waiting room and kept seeing the truck not move. The tech came out and got the truck just before 3pm and I got the text it was ready just before 5pm. Why have a 1pm appointment if the truck isn't going to get touched until 3? I typically brought the truck to Banks in Concord and did their drive up service. That is typically 2-3 hours to get the service done with no appointment time. I wanted to go to Irwins as you are closer to me and service my wife's Acadia but this was too long to wait for simple service with an appointment. Chris

When I first called to make the appointment for service, the individual who took my call was also having a conversation with another employee. This made it difficult to determine who he was speaking to. When I called I was under the 36000 miles for warranty items. I was not able to get an appointment for ~10 days. When I dropped off my vehicle for service the individual that I was working with was a bit short about mileage. I was a bit disappointed at the resolution to the problem I was encountering. A $200 fogging of my throttle body was proposed. When I asked about why this was not covered as a warranty item for powertrain I was abruptly told that it is a maintenance item and not a warranty issue. I have owned multiple Chevys and never been told I needed to fog my throttle body as a maintenance item. I was disappointed with my entire experience from the initial phone call all the way through the call to let me know what the corrective action was. I felt like my business was a burden to your team and that they would rather not have my business. I have decided that I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Recently I moved to NH and wanted to trade in my 2020 Chevy Equinox for a new 2026 Equinox due to my >100 mile round trip daily commute. I purchased my truck new from Irwin Chevrolet in May 2025 and recently brought it in for the first complimentary service. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the DEF fluid had not been topped off as advertised. Before leaving, I returned to the service desk to let them know, and the staff were apologetic. They sent a technician to the parking lot with a one-gallon container of DEF, which was added to the tank. However, that amount was insufficient — the DEF level remained below 50%. At that point, I had already been at the dealership for nearly two hours and didn’t have time to go back inside again to request more. It’s a small detail, but for a first service on a new vehicle, I expected a more thorough check and completion of all items included in the service.
