First phoned Irwin Chevy in Laconia, NH for service. Talked to Service Advisor Henry Yip who scheduled convenient (time & date) appointment for a GM recall, oil change and state inspection. On the scheduled date (Feb. 19th) arrived at Irwin's and met Mr. Yip who took it from there. Job was all done in reasonable time and on the way home sooner than expected. The service even included a surprise complementary car wash. Thank you Mr. Yip and Irwin Chevy.

Buying a new truck for my son in College & found what he wanted! Starting from the online experience, having her prep all my paperwork and having the truck pulled up for me when I got there, so helpful and efficient! When I got there, Aaron, Laflower was awesome! Did not give me the runaround at all! He had everything ready to go, got exactly what I was asking for and then the Finance Guy Alex Weiner was awesome too! Have had horrible previous experiences other places of them being so rude and pushy trying to do add-ons trying to sell you stuff you don’t want, And this wasn’t the case here! They were well-versed and everything went so smoothly! Hadn’t purchased from Irwin’s before but definitely glad I did!!!

I came in looking for a used vehicle and when the vehicle I was looking at wasn’t available I was educated on leasing from Foster. Long story short I was able to trade my truck in, get a decent size check back and get in to a new vehicle with a cheaper payment. Overall I am saving about $100 a month on the vehicle and with the check I am able to pay off my camper which will save me $300 a month and about $20,000 in interest over the life of the camper loan. Was pretty much a no brainer all because I was open minded on a lease and Foster took the time to explain it to me better than I had understood.

Bought my vehicle from you put 1300 miles on in one year went in for oil change and they told me I was two weeks past the one year time limit with it I bought a used vehicle at grappone in concord They gave me two free oil changes and 10 years of free inspections. Why don’t you offer for that?

Marty, the service agent was personable and efficient. Everything was well organized and timely. I'm always amazed at how clean and well organized the shop is. As someone who works with his hands, I appreciate this, as it is requisite to quality workmanship. The warranty replacements were done as well as replacing the back brakes. I was a bit startled at the cost for the brakes, however, as it was significantly higher than Kelly Blue Book or a variety of Internet quotes.

Setup an appt. Booked out 10 days. Brought auto in, greeted and told it will probably take longer than usual.Oil change and inspection took over 2 1/2 hours. Seemed long to me. Everything else was fine.

Prompt pleasant and very easy to work with

I don't have a problem with the dealer BUT so far our 2023 Bolt has been in twice for in warranty service. It may seem like only twice BUT one time over to find the problem, then back to fix the problem and then back again to pick it up. With two problems it is back and forth SIX times.

I wanted to make a downpayment of $4000.00 on top of my trade in equity & he talked me out of it. This is my real regret as it would have made my monthly payment much lower & more comfortable for me, & he became quite insistent. I put $2000.00 down instead, as I was put on the spot.I am a widow with a son on disability, and every dollar counts with me. Therefore, I don't appreciate his intervention in my personal matter. Also - details of leasing this vehicle was not reviewed with me.

We recently had a non-starting situation with our Silverado, and were heading to vacation with it the following day, towing a camper. We needed an immediate fix, and Irwin Chevy service worked some magic to get the vehicle fixed for us done, all while slammed with work on their end. I can't say or thank the Irwin Chevy service team enough for working with me to get it fixed in time for our vacation.

The team was professional, personable and accommodating. My only issue is related to a feature on the truck I bought. When I bought it, I was under the impression the vehicle was equipped with adaptive cruise control. I learned that it didn’t when I almost hit somebody. There is a button on the steering wheel to set gap distance and when you press it, it does set a gap distance parameter. This parameter in this vehicle however does not do anything. When I was buying the truck i was raving about all the safety features, including adaptive cruise. I was never corrected on that point. Upon further research I found that the safety package includes all the cameras, lane departure assist, emergency braking, but no adaptive cruise. The button is there and reacts when you push it appearing like set it the adaptive cruise parameters. Adaptive cruise however only comes with the “tech” package. This is very misleading to drivers. I have never seen a vehicle with an operational button but the vehicle doesnt actually do what the button says it does. I will have to explain to anyone else who drives that vehicle that the adaptive cruise button doesnt do anything and there is no adaptive cruise. I am going to guess it is misleading to the sales staff too and that is what it didnt come up in the conversations.Go out to a silverado with the safety package but not the tech package. Press the gap set button and watch what it does. Test the sales staff on it.

Quick, prompt and courteous service

Service department personal was very polite, helpful. Went in for first new truck oil service, as I was under the impression from another Chevy dealership I had purchased a new vehicle from that I needed to get the first complementary oil change w/in 6 months of purchase. He informed me I had up to a year & w/mileage I had on new truck I really didn’t need to have it changed yet. So got truck inspected which it needed & scheduled my oil change to take place at the end of Oct. Did needed to be done, saved me some money in long run.

I had a service notification that was not aligned with my regular service. I called and spoke with Chris in service. I got an appointment very quickly. I dropped of my truck and I was told it could possibly take a couple of days. It pulled a code that prompted a service call for transmission. It was a simple switch. Not only did they fix the switch they did a multi point vehicle inspection again (very thorough). I would recommend Irwin to anyone looking for a vehicle. My salesperson person, Naomi is who you want to deal with, helped with the process and also took the time to explain a couple of unknown features in the truck... (Expected) I received a call that same night that my truck was ready.

My Tahoe went in for body work. Irwin's made is very easy, they worked directly with my insurance company. Irwin's did all the work, provided photos of the damage, sent the repair estimate to the insurance company, setup my appointment to get the repairs completed as soon as possible. The repairs were completed on time. I was provide with consistent updates as to the status of the repairs. Irwin's may the entire process very easy for me. I highly recommend Irwin's for all types of services.

Marty kept me posted several times during the day about progress with my car. All of my concerns were addressed. I’m happy to be dealing with this service department.

I made an earlier call to set up an appointment to view a couple trucks Irwin Chevy had on the lot. My call was answered by Naomi Brown and an appointment was made. When I arived at my 9:30 appointment on Monday morning, I was greeted by staff and introduced to Naomi. We went out to the lot and she pointed out various models. My eyesight settled on 2 Colorado Z71 bright red and she explained the differences between the two. Before we took one out for a ride, she explaned all the interior controls including the video screen that controls all the electronics. To me it looked pretty complicated but she made it look easy and explained as we went along. We took a ride and I was impressed with the perfoemance, ride and the overall truck. We went back to the office and discussed price, rebates, tradein value and adding tonneau cover and entrance step bar. The purchase was made and Naomi set everything up for me including my iphone account, installation of the accessories, and all else that was required. The finance guy, Alex Weiner came up with all the required paperwork and the buy was now completed, all in less than 2 hours. After installation of the accessories, we traded truck for car and I have been happy since. Naomi and Alex were great. No need to say more.....

Although I didn't buy my Corvette from Irwin Chevy, in Laconia NH, they are great to deal with and have serviced my past and current Corvette, as well as my 2021 Chevy 2500HD. Great people at the service desk. Marty M. in service always does a great job and kept me in the loop with updates on my Corvette as it was there for about a week. Irwin Chevrolet is great.

Service counter was great. Only feedback is the cashiers cash out is extremely intense and ruined the experience. Maybe some customer service training could help.

The service the truck was there for was fine, no issues at all (oil change and tire rotation). My low rating was on the appointment time and time to complete. I had a 1:00pm appointment. I called and said I would be 10 minutes late. No problem. I sat in the waiting room and kept seeing the truck not move. The tech came out and got the truck just before 3pm and I got the text it was ready just before 5pm. Why have a 1pm appointment if the truck isn't going to get touched until 3? I typically brought the truck to Banks in Concord and did their drive up service. That is typically 2-3 hours to get the service done with no appointment time. I wanted to go to Irwins as you are closer to me and service my wife's Acadia but this was too long to wait for simple service with an appointment. Chris

Everyone was great and I would recommend them. I’ve always had pretty good experiences there… the only gripe I have is that the inspection took 2 hours. Maybe overbooked???

When I first called to make the appointment for service, the individual who took my call was also having a conversation with another employee. This made it difficult to determine who he was speaking to. When I called I was under the 36000 miles for warranty items. I was not able to get an appointment for ~10 days. When I dropped off my vehicle for service the individual that I was working with was a bit short about mileage. I was a bit disappointed at the resolution to the problem I was encountering. A $200 fogging of my throttle body was proposed. When I asked about why this was not covered as a warranty item for powertrain I was abruptly told that it is a maintenance item and not a warranty issue. I have owned multiple Chevys and never been told I needed to fog my throttle body as a maintenance item. I was disappointed with my entire experience from the initial phone call all the way through the call to let me know what the corrective action was. I felt like my business was a burden to your team and that they would rather not have my business. I have decided that I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Recently I moved to NH and wanted to trade in my 2020 Chevy Equinox for a new 2026 Equinox due to my >100 mile round trip daily commute. I worked with Cameron McGonagle who was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have bought a handful of cars in my adult life and, I must say, this was by far the best car buying experience from start to finish! I knew what I wanted already and Cameron made it happen. He made everything effortlessly easy: From setting up a time to test drive, to the paperwork, to taking care of switching the insurance. I had a couple things I was interested in and Cameron ensured I got exactly what I wanted. Alex the financial services manager was also great to work with! I added all weather mats to the package and Cameron contacted me the next day to let me know they were already in (and even helped me put them in)! All in all, I was in and out in a couple hours and it was actually an enjoyable experience (without even needing the qualifier ‘for a dealership!’). I purchased my truck new from Irwin Chevrolet in May 2025 and recently brought it in for the first complimentary service. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the DEF fluid had not been topped off as advertised. Before leaving, I returned to the service desk to let them know, and the staff were apologetic. They sent a technician to the parking lot with a one-gallon container of DEF, which was added to the tank. However, that amount was insufficient — the DEF level remained below 50%. At that point, I had already been at the dealership for nearly two hours and didn’t have time to go back inside again to request more. It’s a small detail, but for a first service on a new vehicle, I expected a more thorough check and completion of all items included in the service.

Everything went smooth

I took my vehicle in because the auto off/on feature (in my opinion) didn’t work properly. The dealer spent time checking the whole system to make sure that everything within the system was working as designed. So, that part (the dealer/technician I was pleased. However, if this feature was designed this was, I’m sorry I paid money for it because it does not work all the time.

Truck was in for oil change, tire rotation and diagnosis of transmission issue. Transmission issue turned out to be need for a new torque converter. I had bought the supplemental GM service plan so no charge and the crew drove to concord and got one. truck was back to me in 1.5 days. Working great
